Do I Need A Directions Card On My Invitation??
If your wedding is taking place at a hard to find site or a neighborhood that’s new to guests, include a map and directions with your invitation. Order a wedding invitation card with a map on one side and directions on the other, to help guests navigate, includes hotels, sites of pre-wedding events, and notable landmarks.
Do I need to match the map’s look to the invite’s??
Having a maps printed by your invitation stationer is the prettiest option but it’s also the priciest. An elegant but less costly alternative : Purchase card stock that matches the color of your invitations and have the enclosures printed at a local copy shop. Whatever you do, avoid using copier paper for any of the insert, it will instantly downgrade the quality of your mailing.
Need directions???
DO :
1. Print the telephone numbers of the wedding venuess somewhere on the card; if guests get lost, they can call for assistance.
2. Ask someone who’s unfamiliar with the area to test the directions by driving the route; then proceed with printing.
3. Check for road closures or major construction projects a few days before your wedding. You can distribute revised directions at the rehearsal dinner or after the ceremony (if the route to the reception is affected), or ask the local traffic police if they will allow you to post “Wedding Detour” signs along the route itself.
DON’T :
1. Rely solely on Internet directions when making your map. Use them along with a reputable paper source (such as a Rand McNally road map), your own experience, and, if available, a venue’s official directions.
2. Expect everyone to remember to bring the enclosure to a destination wedding. Leave an extra copy in the welcome bags at the hotel.

Before we will count advantages of using our site we want to show you the advantages of using on-line invitation system as ours at all. You send a virtual card, not a paper one. And it help to save the environment. You don’t have to pay for card and you don’t have a post fee. The card reachs your recipient immediately. You don’t need to wait a postman bring it to your guest. You don’t need to go out to do this at all. Everything you can do at your home, office or every place you have a computer or mobile device connected to the internet. The responses, you can get them without physical interaction with your guest. Again, everything is on-line.
