Home Hair Dye Disaster
Zoe Vernon, 22, woke up in the morning with chemical burns on her face so bad after using a home hair dye kit. Before Vernon using the dye, she said she performed an allergy patch test and had no reaction. But the morning after she cooured her hair she woke up with a red and swollen face and developed more blister and pains over the following days.
Look at her face. OMG…So bad!! I think I should take a patch test before applying any home color because I don’t want take risks. The test must be carried out at least 48 hours before using the product because an allergic reaction can take that long to develop.
After reading about this, would you take a patch test before applying any home color or you will take risks and skip the patch test??

I go to a salon for my brand of blonde hair :), but I would certainly be careful in trying anything new!!

Gosh, poor girl. A patch test indeed… I wouldn’t take the risk of coloring without a patch test.
