JAPANESE COLLAGEN CHEESECAKE
I’m a fan of cheesecake. I love love love cheese better than chocolate. Cheesecake is a delicious cake or dessert formed of a topping made with soft, fresh cheese upon a base made from biscuit, pastry or sponge. My mom made a cheesecake at my wedding party, I can’t stop to eat them!!!
Japanese women now infatuated with cheesecake, not the usual cheesecake but collagen cheesecake. They are turning to collagen e>collagen-enhanced foods in hopes of fighting wrinkles. The popular Japanese wrinkle filler is showing up in things like yogurt, teas, cocktails, and most recently, cheesecake. Now Japanese women can finish their meal with collagen cheesecake. One version by Japanese company Meiji contains 1,000 milligrams of collagen, the amount in a couple of steaks. But according to Annet King of the International Dermal Institute, it’s all quite futile. “There’s no way that eating collagen boosts collagen (in skin),” she says.
