Home Hair Dye Disaster
11 7th, 2009 Author: adminZoe Vernon, 22, woke up in the morning with chemical burns on her face so bad after using a home hair dye kit. Before Vernon using the dye, she said she performed an allergy patch test and had no reaction. But the morning after she cooured her hair she woke up with a red and swollen face and developed more blister and pains over the following days.
Look at her face. OMG…So bad!! I think I should take a patch test before applying any home color because I don’t want take risks. The test must be carried out at least 48 hours before using the product because an allergic reaction can take that long to develop. Read the rest of this entry »

Olsens Twins to Launch Junior Brand for J.C Penney
11 6th, 2009 Author: adminThe twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are expanding their fashion reach. They became members of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, have signed a deal with J.C. Penney Co to launch Olsenboye, a junior brand that will be exclusive to the chain.The collection will set for Penney’s stores in February and will have a major rollout.For the full launch in the spring, there will be magazine print ads, broadcast spots and direct-mail pieces. There also will be an interactive digital campaign on Twitter, Penney’s teen Facebook page and jcp.com.
For the last several seasons, Penney’s has been unleashing new labels aan designer exclusives while culling out brands that have lost relevance, striving to medernize its image, catering to more of a teen and contemporary crowd and offering something different.
